Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise by operating equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards
- Uses handheld technology to support production and quality control
- Maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- Assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- Secures fragile items and minimizes waste
- Advocates for member experience by modeling high-quality service
- Complies with company policies and ethical standards
- Completes assignments by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress
- Adapts to change and learns from feedback
