Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and remains flexible to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise in compliance with company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory guidelines
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminates waste
- assists members with bakery product purchases
- maintains a clean and member-ready work area
- models high-quality service and product knowledge
- complies with company policies and ethics standards
- prioritizes tasks and communicates progress effectively
- adapts to change and feedback to improve work processes
