Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on production needs by operating equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- utilizes handheld technology for business decisions related to production, ordering, training, and product quality
- maintains work area according to company policies and operational excellence
- ensures quality control and date compliance of bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions while providing exceptional customer service
- models high quality service and products while upholding ethical standards
- completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with team and management while adapting to changes
