Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- utilizes handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, training, and product quality
- maintains work area according to company policies
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- values member experience by modeling high quality service and products
