Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- Maintains clean, neat, and member-ready work areas
- Assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
