- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions
- maintains work area according to company policies and procedures
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- models high quality service and products in the bakery area
- complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and coworkers
- adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback
