Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- preparing bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies
- utilizing handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and quality
- maintaining work area and ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and providing exceptional customer service
- complying with company policies and completing assigned work priorities
