Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in bakery or food preparation roles preferred
- Ability to operate baking equipment and follow detailed recipes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use handheld digital devices for business operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work standing for long periods and multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with others and being flexible to business needs
- Prepare bakery merchandise by operating equipment, following recipes, wrapping and labeling items
- Utilize digital tools to improve sales and member experience
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation and inventory standards
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work area and quality controls
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service
- Comply with company policies and complete work assignments efficiently
