Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all job trainings and assessments successfully within required timelines
- capability to stand for long periods and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to company policies and food safety standards
- willing to work flexible schedules including varying shifts
- commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bakery or food service experience advantageous but not required
- ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety guidelines
- capable of standing for extended periods
- strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and customer service abilities
- familiarity with digital tools and technology for inventory and production management
Job Duties
- Collaborate with bakery team members to ensure smooth operations
- prepare bakery merchandise following recipes and make-up instructions
- wrap, label, and store baked goods according to company policies
- operate and maintain baking equipment while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards
- assist members promptly and accurately with bakery orders
- manage inventory, reduce waste, and secure high-shrink merchandise
- maintain cleanliness and member-ready bakery work areas
