Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Ensures compliance with sanitation guidelines and inventory management
- Utilizes handheld technology to make informed business decisions related to production and quality
- Maintains clean, organized, and member-ready work area
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Complies with company policies and ethical standards
- Supports operational excellence by controlling quality and reducing waste
- Acts as an advocate for the department by modeling high-quality service and passion for work
- Communicates progress and recommends improvements
- Adapts to changes and feedback to continuously improve work processes
