Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in bakery or food preparation preferred but not required

- Ability to use digital tools and handheld technology
- Customer service experience valued

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and manage multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs to work in other areas
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs following recipes and using baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise ensuring food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Uses handheld technology to manage production, ordering, training, and product quality
- Maintains work area according to company policies ensuring operational excellence
- secures high-shrink and fragile merchandise and eliminates waste
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides excellent customer service across the club
- Advocates for high-quality service and products, modeling energy, commitment, and passion in the department
- Complies with company policies and ethics standards and executes business processes collaboratively
- Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback
