Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- able to follow recipes and company procedures accurately

- completion of required trainings and assessments within prescribed time frame
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in bakery or food preparation desirable but not required
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to operate baking equipment safely
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- proficiency with digital tools and technology for production and inventory management
- good problem-solving abilities and multitasking capability
- customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- utilizes digital tools and hand held technology to manage production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality
- maintains operational excellence by ensuring quality control and minimizing waste
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- complies with company policies and communicates progress while adapting to feedback
