Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with associates to build a strong bakery team
- Be an expert by preparing bakery merchandise based on daily production needs using baking equipment and following recipes
- Be a techie by leveraging digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and member experience
- Be an owner by maintaining work areas according to policies, ensuring quality and date control, and assisting members with purchasing decisions
- Be a talent ambassador by advocating for the department, modeling high quality service and products, and exhibiting energy and commitment
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers and team members
