Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- utilizes handheld technology for production decisions and improving sales
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- provides excellent customer service by assisting members and answering questions
