Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- maintains compliance with sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- uses handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- ensures commitment to operational excellence by maintaining work area and quality standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- exhibits energy, commitment, and passion for the work while promoting a positive member experience
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with coworkers, managers, and customers
