Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate baking and packaging equipment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills

- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Comfortable using digital tools and handheld technology
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team and adapt to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes and make-up instructions
- Wraps, labels, and stores bakery products according to company policies ensuring food safety and sanitation
- Utilizes handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training, and quality control
- Maintains work area cleanliness and operational excellence while managing inventory and minimizing waste
- Supports members by providing exceptional customer service and assisting with bakery purchases
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while communicating progress and adapting to feedback
