Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
ability to stand for long periods
able to multitask effectively
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to follow recipes and operational procedures
must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior bakery or food preparation experience preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and teamwork skills
proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology
commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
follows recipes and make-up instructions
wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
ensures commitment to operational excellence and quality standards
assists members with purchasing decisions
maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
complies with company policies and standards
completes work assignments and priorities while collaborating with managers and co-workers
