Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for long periods
- must complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- must comply with all company policies and safety standards
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in bakery or food preparation roles helpful but not required
- basic math and organizational skills
- ability to follow detailed recipes and safety guidelines
- strong communication and teamwork abilities
- customer service experience valued
- familiarity with using digital tools and technology in the workplace is a plus
Job Duties
- Collaborate with other bakery associates to build a strong team
- prepare bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wrap, label, and store products according to company policies
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory standards
- utilize handheld technology to support production and merchandising decisions
- maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready work area
- provide exceptional customer service and assist members with bakery orders
