Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in bakery or food preparation preferred but not required
- Ability to operate baking equipment and follow detailed recipes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and technology for inventory and production management
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle multiple tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Uses handheld technology to manage production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality decisions
- Maintains operational excellence by ensuring work area cleanliness and adherence to quality and date control standards
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
