Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery products according to company policies and food safety standards
- maintains a clean and member-ready work area
- uses handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and merchandise quality
- ensures operational excellence by monitoring quality, date control, and securing merchandise
- provides exceptional customer service and assists members with bakery orders
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress effectively
