Job Qualifications

- ability to use digital tools and handheld technology in a retail environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- uses handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and ordering
- maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- assists members with purchasing decisions and answers their questions
