Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follow recipes and make-up instructions
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to members
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- Use handheld technology for business decisions related to production and quality
- Assist members with purchasing decisions
- Secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- Eliminate waste
- Communicate progress and information to managers and team members
- Uphold company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity
- Adapt to change and feedback to improve work processes
