Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions to ensure product consistency
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to improve production, ordering, and quality
- Maintains a clean and organized work area complying with sanitation and cold chain guidelines
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
