Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operates and sanitizes equipment
- utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions
- ensures work area is maintained and merchandise quality standards are met
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- advocates for the department by modeling high quality service and products
