Job Duties

  • Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
  • prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
  • follows recipes and make-up instructions
  • wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
  • ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
  • operates and sanitizes equipment
  • utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions
  • ensures work area is maintained and merchandise quality standards are met
  • assists members with purchasing decisions
  • advocates for the department by modeling high quality service and products
