Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Uses digital tools to manage production, merchandise ordering, and product quality
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- Ensures compliance with company policies, sanitation guidelines, and inventory controls
