Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates with team members and remains flexible to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- Uses handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and training
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assists members with purchasing decisions
- Ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- Secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- Demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for work
- Complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- Communicates progress and works collaboratively with managers and coworkers
- Adapts to and learns from feedback and change.
