Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older
ability to stand for long periods
capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physically able to lift and move bakery merchandise
complete all required training and assessments within prescribed time period

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in bakery or food preparation helpful but not required
strong customer service and communication skills
ability to operate baking equipment safely
proficiency with handheld digital tools for production and inventory management
multitasking and time management skills
commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

prepare bakery merchandise daily by following recipes and make-up instructions
wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies
operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
assist members with bakery purchases and answer their questions
maintain a clean and organized work area
collaborate with team members to meet production and service goals
