Job Qualifications

- prior experience in bakery or food preparation preferred but not required
- ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines accurately
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to operate baking and packaging equipment
- familiarity with digital tools and handheld devices preferred
- teamwork and flexibility to work in different areas if needed
Job Duties
- Collaborate with bakery team members to ensure smooth operations
- prepare bakery merchandise based on production needs by following recipes and operating equipment
- wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company standards
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and inventory compliance
- use handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and product quality
- maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready work area
- assist members with bakery product questions and purchasing decisions
