Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- provides exceptional customer service by assisting members with bakery orders
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- leverages digital tools to improve sales and the shopping experience
- adapts to new technology and encourages team usage
- secures fragile merchandise and eliminates waste
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
