Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by following recipes and make-up instructions
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- utilizes handheld technology to enhance production and merchandise ordering
- assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
