Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand for long periods
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to lift moderate weights typical in bakery operations
Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bakery or food service experience is an advantage
Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
Comfortable standing for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs
Operates baking equipment and follows recipes and make-up instructions
Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise adhering to company policies and food safety standards
Utilizes handheld technology to manage production, merchandise ordering, and product quality
Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
Provides exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries and bakery orders
