Job Duties

  • collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
  • prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
  • follow recipes and make-up instructions
  • wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
  • operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
  • provide exceptional customer service to members across the club
  • maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
  • use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and quality
  • assist members with purchasing decisions
  • secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise
  • eliminate waste
  • model high-quality service and products
  • comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
