Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
- communicates effectively with colleagues and members
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes handheld technology for production and merchandise ordering decisions
- ensures operational excellence by maintaining work area and quality standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- models high-quality service and products
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and collaborating with team members
