- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates effectively within the team and adapts to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes, make-up instructions, and company policies
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and enhance member experience
- Ensures work area is clean, neat, and member-ready
- Assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- Maintains quality and date control standards for bakery items
- Eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
- Advocates for the department by modeling high-quality customer service, energy, and commitment
- Complies with company policies, ethics, and business processes
- Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress
