Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates effectively with team members
- works flexibly in other areas as needed
- prepares bakery merchandise following daily production needs and recipes
- operates baking equipment safely
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies
- maintains compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes handheld technology for production and inventory decisions
- ensures work area cleanliness and organization
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- ensures quality control and proper packaging of merchandise
- manages inventory to reduce waste
- follows company policies and ethical standards
- communicates progress and improvement opportunities to management
- adapts to change and feedback
- provides exceptional customer service
