Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in bakery or food service preferred
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- strong multitasking and time management skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to operate baking equipment safely
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- basic knowledge of inventory and cold chain management
- proficiency with digital tools or willingness to learn
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- provide exceptional customer service to members
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- collaborate with team members to build a strong bakery team
- leverage digital tools to improve sales and operational efficiency
- ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items
- secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminate waste
- execute high levels of quality and service
- comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- adapt to change and learn from feedback
