Job Duties

Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
Prepares bakery merchandise by following recipes and operating baking equipment
Wraps, labels, and stores bakery products according to company policies
Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
Operates and sanitizes baking equipment
Uses digital tools for production decisions and merchandise ordering
Maintains a clean, safe, and member-ready bakery area
