Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution
- collaborate with other team members
- communicate with team members and be flexible to business needs
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- ensure commitment to operational excellence by maintaining work area
- ensure quality and date control standards for items
- secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminate waste
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- maintain clean, neat, and member-ready area
- provide exceptional customer service
- greet and thank members
- model high quality service and products

- complete work assignments using data and resources
