Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates effectively and adapts to business needs by working in various areas
- prepares bakery merchandise following recipes and daily production needs
- operates and sanitizes baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- utilizes handheld technology for business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- maintains work area cleanliness and quality control standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- advocates for the bakery department by modeling high-quality service and products
