Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions for product preparation
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment
- Provides exceptional customer service by assisting members with bakery orders and answering questions
- Utilizes handheld technology to manage production and inventory effectively
