Job Duties
- prepare bakery merchandise according to daily production needs
- operate baking equipment following recipes and make-up instructions
- wrap, label, and store merchandise compliant with company policies
- ensure food safety standards, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- assist members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- maintain a clean and member-ready bakery environment
