Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
Communicates with team members and remains flexible to business needs
Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
Follows recipes and make-up instructions for bakery items
Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
Ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
Utilizes handheld technology for business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality
Maintains clean, neat, and member-ready work area
Assists members with purchasing decisions and answers questions
Ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
Secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise and eliminates waste
Acts as a talent ambassador by promoting high-quality service and products
Complies with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
Adapts to change, difficulties, and feedback to improve performance
