Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- utilizes handheld technology for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- ensures quality and date control standards, eliminates waste, and assists members with purchasing decisions
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- advocates for the department by modeling high-quality service and products
- complies with company policies and procedures
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers and adapting to changes and feedback
