Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older
ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period
physical ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
availability to work flexible hours as needed
adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
no prior felony convictions
legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
communicates with team members and remains flexible to business needs
prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production by operating baking equipment and following recipes
wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management
operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
utilizes handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and quality
maintains work area in accordance with company policies
assists members with purchasing decisions and inquiries
maintains quality and date control standards for bakery items
minimizes waste and secures high-shrink merchandise
models high quality service and products
applies company policies, procedures, and ethics in daily operations
completes tasks by collaborating with managers and co-workers
adapts to change and feedback
ensures member satisfaction through positive attitude
