Job Duties
- collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes handheld technology for production, ordering, training, and quality control
- maintains a clean and organized bakery area
- assists members with purchasing decisions and answers questions
- manages inventory and eliminates waste
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- supports team flexibility by working in other areas as needed
- exhibits energy, commitment, and passion for high-quality service
