Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation is an advantage
- Ability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use handheld technology for inventory and production management
- Demonstrated teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- Follow recipes and make-up instructions to ensure quality
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting members with bakery orders
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support business needs
