Job Requirements
- At least 1+ years of baking experience, preferably in hotels or restaurants

Job Duties
- Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders, ensuring consistent quality by following recipe cards, production guidelines, portioning, and presentation standards
- complete mise en place and set up the station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
- begin preparation of food items made ahead of time, ensuring you do not prepare beyond estimated needs
- operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat-top grill
- date all food containers and rotate stock per policies, ensuring all perishables are stored at proper temperatures
- check pars for shift needs, determine necessary preparation, freezer pulls, and line setup
- identify any out-of-stock items or potential shortages
- return unused food items to designated storage areas and ensure all perishables are covered and dated
- assist in implementing plans to correct food cost issues
- control food waste, loss, and usage according to policies
- comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
