Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- able to pass background check in accordance with local, state, and federal laws
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license where required and meet Company driving qualifications
- capable of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- ability to handle early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries to ensure freshness and quality
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold brand standards
- ensure consistent product quality during each shift
- perform opening and closing bakery duties as required
