Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years professional cooking experience in restaurant or similar establishment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English
- Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and stretch
- Can frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to exert well-paced ability in limited space and reach other areas timely
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees assigned areas of bread and pastry production
- Execute recipes, maintain kitchen equipment, and always be on time
- Use working knowledge of basic baking techniques

- Responsible for mixing, shaping, baking dough
