Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years professional cooking experience in restaurant or similar establishment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English
  • Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and stretch
  • Can frequently lift up to 30 pounds
  • Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to exert well-paced ability in limited space and reach other areas timely

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversees assigned areas of bread and pastry production
  • Execute recipes, maintain kitchen equipment, and always be on time
  • Use working knowledge of basic baking techniques
  • scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, finishing, etc
  • Responsible for mixing, shaping, baking dough
  • cleaning machinery
  • preparing ingredients
  • and packaging final product
  • Ensure stated direction and guidance in quality standards are achieved daily
  • Ensure restocking the bakery is performed accordingly and storage areas are properly organized
