Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- ability to pass background check as required
- possession of valid state driver’s license preferred at certain locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries daily to ensure freshness and quality
- stock bagel wall and pastry cases for customer availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain a clean and safe bakery environment
- work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- manage early morning bakery preparation efficiently
